Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for an educational facility.
The Project consists of a new Transportation Institute located on the current site, consisting of high bay shop & truck training space, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and significant site improvements to help accommodate the growing DMACC Truck Driving and CDL programs with 6 ranges. Approximately 8,600 SF of new construction as well as redevelopment of the existing site including extension of site and building utilities, development of a stormwater management plan, and complete rework of site paving. The work includes all General, Mechanical, and Electrical Work.
