The NAICS code for this project is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures, small business size standard: 45 million average annual gross receipts for the past five years. All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price service contract subject to the Department of Labor Determinations. The RFQ and future amendments will be posted in the Contracting Opportunities section of SAM.gov after the RFQ is posted, unless extended. Quoters will submit their quotes in digital format per instructions included in the solicitation. Quotes are due by the date and time specified in Block 13 of the Standard Form 1442 or as stated in the most recent amendment (SF30).
