Scope 2023 - 2024 Annual Pipe Purchase of various sizes of Coated Pipe Irragation Pipe Water Tight Bands Water Gates 90 degree elbows Please refer to Specifications and Contract Documents for request and details Question Deadline: 10/05/2023 at 5:00 PM CT. Bid Security shall be made payable to the Authority, in amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a cashiers or certified check. If the Contract exceeds Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), a Payment Bond shall be furnished, and if the contract exceeds One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) a Performance Bond also, shall be furnished on the prescribed forms in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) corporate surety duly authorized to do business in the State of Texas. GCWA reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive informalities in the bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any bid, the GCWA reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. The award shall be made to the lowest and best responsive Bidder submitting the best value for the Gulf Coast Water Authority. CONTRACT TIME If offer is accepted, Contractor agrees Prices shall remain in effect through August 31, 2024.
