The Park construction site is limited to 25 acres in the northeast corner of the park site, and is graphically indicated within the construction documents plan set on sheets 1, 2 and 3. The Contractors and or Subcontractors are required to submit a Contractor's Qualifications Statement and a list of relevant completed projects and references with their bid detailing a minimum of five years of experience in site grading and park, recreation and trail development work.
