FY2023 Local Roads Resurfacing and Safety Improvements Project. City Engineer, Bryson & Yates, LLC, 307 Greentree Road, Sewell, NJ, upon payment of $75.00 per set, payable by check only to "Bryson & Yates, LLC". Bid documents can be obtained up to 48 hours prior to the time set for the opening of the bids. Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a Proposal (Bid) Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, of which, the amount of the bond or certified check need not exceed $20,000, made payable to the City of Woodbury a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Consent of Surety as to a Maintenance Bond as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16.3b. Plans, Specifications and Proposal Forms may be secured by prospective bidders during business hours. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid, which in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within ten (10) days after the award, a Surety Corporation Performance Bond or Letter of Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The proposed work shall be completed within forty two (42) calendar days plus State holidays from the Notice to Proceed
