Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is requesting fixed price proposals for a project located on a 28-acre parcel of land at 32355 Wallops Island Road, Temperanceville VA 23442. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is for site work and associated stormwater modifications and improvement to support Building 1 at the MARS Assembly Integration & Testing (AIT) site. Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is currently developing a multi-building complex at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport for the purpose of supporting a launch service provider. The complex is located on a 28-acre parcel of land at 32355 Wallops Island Road, Temperanceville VA 23442. The purpose of thisRequest for Proposal isto establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a project for site work and associated stormwater modifications and improvement to support Building 1 at the MARS Assembly Integration & Testing (AIT) site. Proposals shall remain valid for 30 days from the date submittals are due. VCSFA is not obligated to pay any costs incurred by the Offeror in preparing or submitting an offer to this RFP. All questions shall be e-mailed to Solicitations@vaspace.org. Please include RFP #24.200300-060-005 in the subject line of all inquiries. Questions may be submitted no later than 09/29/23, 5:00 PM EST. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
