The specifications will be given to contractors upon payment of $100.00 non-refundable to Roy Consultants at 3655, rue Principale, Tracadie NB E1X 1E2 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a security bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid payable to the municipality of Île-de-Lamèque The latest version as well as amendments to New Brunswick Regulation 2022-78 made under the Public Procurement Act apply to this call for tenders. Neither the lowest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount planned for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders.
