Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Schedule A: Homedale Road Rebuild Phase 2 (Allendale Rd. to Van Slyke Rd.) generally consists of 1.0 mile of roadway with 0.33-foot thickness of asphalt paving in two lifts, with a typical width of 26-ft on top of Recycled Asphalt Base Stabilization, including: Approximately 3444 tons of plant mix asphalt paving, 1.0 miles shoulder widening and drainage improvements on both sides of the roadway, Approximately 1110 tons of 3/4 aggregate to raise roadway to finish grade, Approximately 800 Linear feet of storm drainage culverts/ irrigation pipe and 1 Cast in place structure over the Deer Flat Low Line Canal. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Golden Gate Highway District No. 3 as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders Golden Gate Highway District No. 3 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of Golden Gate Highway District No. 3.
