If the School Board rejects all bids, proposals or replies submitted in response to a competitive solicitation, and the School Board concurrently provides notice of its intent to reissue the competitive solicitation, the rejected bids, proposals or replies remain exempt until such time as the School Board provides notice of an intended decision concerning the competitive procurement process or until it withdraws the reissued competitive solicitation. A bid, proposal or reply is not exempt for longer than twelve (12) months after the initial agency notice rejecting all bids, proposals or replies. Question Deadline: 10/06/2023 at 12:00 PM ET. Questions concerning any portion of this Bid shall be directed in writing or by e-mail to the Purchasing Representative named below, who shall be the official point of contact for this Bid. Anticipated Award Date: 11/18/2023. The School District may require the Contractor to provide a performance/payment bond on larger projects. This bond shall require one hundred (100) percent of the total project costs. Owner shall be entitled to assess, as liquidated damages, but not as a penalty, an amount of $200.00 for each calendar day thereafter until Substantial Completion is achieved.
