HVAC Controls Contractor Services Question Deadline: 10/06/2023 at 12:00 PM ET. Questions concerning any portion of this Bid shall be directed in writing or by e-mail to the Purchasing Representative named below, who shall be the official point of contact for this Bid In addition, the Director of Purchasing and Warehouse Services, as the School Boards representative, in his sole discretion reserves the right to cancel this Bid, to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either the identical or revised specifications, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the School Board to do so. The School District may require the Contractor to provide a performance/payment bond on larger projects. This bond shall require one hundred (100) percent of the total project costs.
