Renovate Bldg. 10 for CLC at the Doris Miller VAMC Waco, TX. 36C25724B0007 The construction contractor shall provide all necessary construction services, equipment, materials, and personnel as required to adequately construct the project as per the A/E firm s contract drawings, specifications and technical reports for the project. All materials and workmanship shall meet or exceed the latest edition of the International Building Code. Upon acceptance of the work by the Government, the Contractor will provide a One (1) year warranty on all materials and workmanship furnished in the installation of the building. The scope of this project is to renovate the existing Building 10 (53,000 GSF) into a modern and fully accessible multi-story space to consolidate Community Living Center and rehabilitative functions, located at the Doris Miller Veterans Medical Center at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco TX 76701. Anticipated period of performance is 360 days from issuance of Task Order Notice to Proceed. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45.0 M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetCert prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
