**As of November 13, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Replace existing low-slope single-ply roof systems and barrel roof standing seam metal roof systems. Install through-wall flashing at exposed split-face CMU veneer rising walls above new roofing systems and provide flush-seam metal wall panel system at split face CMU divider wall. Provide alternate pricing for: Replace insulated metal wall panels at rake and rising walls of the barrel standing seam metal roof sections. Replace aluminum-framed windows/storefronts at monitor bump ups at main roof level. Mechanically attached roof insulation system at low-slope single-ply roof system sections.
