Soil remediation, sewer line work, storm water improvements, recreation areas, play fields, walking paths, lighting, passive and open space landscapes. Question Deadline 11/01/2023 at 10:00 AM ET The Contractor shall use front loaders (or similar equipment) to move unsuitable soils from excavation areas to stockpile areas. Soils must always remain within the Disposal Site until they are removed for disposal. Unsuitable soils cannot be containerized by loading into a truck (until they are loaded for disposal); therefore, front loaders must be used to move unsuitable soils within the Disposal Site. Note: suitable soils can be loaded into trucks to move to the pre-load area.
