Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,900-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 3,960-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete a shop addition as well as building renovation to the Kindersley office located at 817 9th St W, Kindersley, SK. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to a new 176m2 (1,900 sq ft) shop addition to an existing office as well as renovations to the existing office space in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. The building is wood framed on a slab on grade with concrete piles, metal roof and siding and engineered roof trusses. Approximately 368m2 (3,960 sq ft) of the existing office space is being renovated as part of the work which includes new paint, ceiling, flooring, siding, mechanical ducting and electrical. The work includes a new furnace and condensing unit as well as a new electrical panel, all new LED lights and specific security and data requirements, as well as solar array on new shop roof. This project is to be completed by September 15, 2024.
