Bidder to provide trained technicians to perform testing and any associated diagnostic tests for all accessible peripheral devices listed and currently connected and listed as part of the associated facility Fire Alarm Control Panel system including (2) fire panels 4100U and 4100+ (82) pull stations (100) Smoke detectors (17) Duct smoke detectors (59) AV Horn/strobes (19) Heat Detectors Transponder Notification Appliance Circuit (NAC) Annunciators Water Flow Detectors (11) Tamper Switches AHU input, relays, and other equipment Test will be scheduled in advance with the Transit Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or designee. In accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Section 1773.2, the Director of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing rates of wages and employer payments for health, welfare, vacation, pensions and similar purposes applicable, which is on file in the State of California Office of Industrial Relations The Vendor, at its sole expense, must obtain, and maintain all required business and professional permits, licenses and certificates. (Fiscal Year 23/24 - July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) The parties agree that in the event Contractor violates any of the non-discrimination policies set forth herein, City shall be entitled, at its option, to the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) pursuant to Civil Code Section 1671 as liquidated damages in lieu of canceling, terminating or suspending this Agreement. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or the bidding procedure, and to delete any items of work in the award of contract.
