Reference Number 0000255956 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/25 01:00:00 AM CDT Pricing Lump sum Grade and Gravel with traffic gravel (supplied) on road network in the community of Sherridon, Manitoba. The community is located along the Keewatin railway to Pukatawagan 156 kilometers (km) north of The Pas. A 78 km community-access graveled road is connected to Provincial Trunk Highway 10 between Cranberry Portage and Flin Flon. The supplied traffic gravel is located directly off of the community access road approximately 29.0 kilometers south of the community of Sherridon. See Appendix B for location map. (Lat - 54°56'5.52"N Long- 101°17'37.17"W) This tender has the community of Sherridon seeking to grade approximately 6km of priority internal roads and the haul/application of traffic grade gravel (supplied) to prioritized community roads as identified in Appendix A. Mobilization of Equipment The lump sum price for Mobilization of Equipment will be payment in full for assembling, transporting and setting up the Contractors equipment, sleeping, kitchen and sanitary facilities, tools and supplies necessary for the maintenance and repair of equipment, and all items necessary or incidental thereto and for moving all the items away when the project is completed. If multiple payments will be required for this project, the Department will make two payments for "Mobilization of Equipment". The first payment of 50% of the lump sum will be made when the Contractor has substantially mobilized on site. The second and final payment of 50% will be made when the Contractor has reached substantial completion. Bid Hourly Equipment The Department will determine actual operating time at the end of every working day and if necessary the Contractor may be asked to provide an approved recording device. The Bid Hourly Equipment shall be used for, but not limited to grading, trimming, drainage improvements, ditching and sub-grade repair. The details of the equipment required are shown below. The Contractor shall ensure that all required equipment meets the minimum standards outlined. The unit price for bid hourly equipment will be payment in full for supervision, wages, meals and living quarters for the operators, fuel and lubricants, repairs, overhaul, equipment service.
