Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed per the attached drawings and specifications. The General scope of the project is to accomplish the following: 1. Remove the existing indoor and outdoor units. 2. Modify outside curb if necessary. 3. Supply and install new indoor and outdoor units as specified and per manufacturer instructions and guidelines. 4. Install new line sets from indoor to outdoor and to be insulated with Armaflex. All outside insulation shall be metal wrapped. 5. All wiring, accessories, disconnects shall be included. 6. All additional ductworks shall be properly insulated. 7. All low voltage wiring shall be in conduit. 8. ALC control integration is part of this bid but must be performed by Harris, (Sole source for BCS) Contact Chuck Still (828 651-9496) 9. Factory Start-up, Adjustment test report shall be part of this contract. Two digital copies of the completed factory start-up sheet, installation, operation and maintenance manuals shall be delivered to the owner on USB thumb drives before final payment will be made. 10.
