The County of Santa Clara requires responses from qualified resellers to provide managed services and replacements for uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Such Contractors shall monitor and conduct on-site services for installation and replacement of UPS and batteries for the Countys network equipment. UPS and batteries are used to maintain Network function for equipment when the buildings power is disrupted. This ITB may result in a single award or multiple awards. It is the Countys intent to award a contract with an initial term of three (3) Years with an option for the County to renew for additional two (2) Years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
