Site work for a water / sewer project in Lusby, Maryland. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Needed to address increasing failing septic systems. Each septic system will be replaced by a grinder sump with a lateral discharging to shared low-pressure force main. Forcemain will discharge to the Chesapeake Beach Wastewater Reclamation Plant. Project will serve both Town of Chesapeake Beach and Calvert County residents. This project is included in the county's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 27, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
