supply all tools, parts, materials, equipment, and labor needed to replace and relocate part of the existing waterline that enters the Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery. The Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery is located at 1750 South 500 East in Vernal, UT Must ensure that all roadways, driveways, drainage ditches, and culverts are returned to the original condition if disturbed. Bidder is responsible for all flagging, barricades, and proper signage for working on a public roadway. We anticipate that there will be groundwater under the surface. Please include any pumping or other needed equipment to deal with the high water table. This project needs to be completed as soon as possible, but no later than April 30, 2024. Please provide a proposed project schedule. Must ensure that the entire pipe has the proper slope to the point of connection for drainage and tie into the existing line on the west entrance. The trench will need to be backfilled and compacted. Overall Response to RFP. There is no set budget for this project Right to Reject. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. In addition, the County will not reimburse costs associated with the preparation or presentation of the proposals.
