The scope of this tender is for the collection of residential garbage in the Town of Oromocto including the portion of Lincoln as depicted in the attached map. This tender does NOT include pick up for recycling, nor any seasonal leaf or organic pick up. Responses shall be submitted on Schedule A - Form of Tender and shall also include a supporting document(s) that addresses the evaluation criteria established at Schedule B. The proposed contract is for a four year period commencing January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2027, with an option for a one year extension mutually agreed upon by both parties. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance where such non-compliance is not of a material nature in its sole and absolute discretion, or to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all Bids, with or without giving notice. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) for the duration of the Contract as a guarantee that the successful Contractor will provide the services satisfactorily at the proposed prices.
