Site work for a water / sewer project in Labrecque, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project to upgrade wastewater treatment plant. The project includes in particular: construction of a wastewater pumping station as well as a new treatment plant; replacement of a portion of the aqueduct network; establishment of a new rainwater management network and a new sewer network; installation of new storm outfalls and a new sanitary outfall; installation of a rainwater retention basin. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Project is included in the capital plan for 2026-2028. Construction is expected to start in 2027. Tender and construction schedules will be finalized once government approvals are in place. Further update in summer, 2026. Note: Environmental Assessment (EA) has been completed by the consultants.
