To provide all labour, material and equipment necessary for arena water treatment services at various arenas for a three year period. Question Deadline: Wed Sep 20, 2023 12:00:00 PM (EDT) The Contract will be in effect for a 3 year period, from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2026 ("Initial Term"). The Initial Term of the resulting Contract shall be for a 3 year period or until the Contract amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first, at the sole discretion of the Owner. The Contract may be renewed for a Renewal Term, at the sole discretion of the Owner, for 2 additional 1 year period(s). The Contract renewal is subject to the satisfactory performance by the Contractor/Supplier, pricing, successful negotiations of both parties and budget approval for each and every subsequent year. Prices shall remain firm for the Initial Term of the Contract. Owner reserves the right, accept a Bid which is not the lowest Bid; reject a Bid which is the lowest Bid, even if it is the only Bid received; cancel the Bid Call at any time, either before or after the Closing Date;accept or reject any and all Bids, whether in whole or in part; except in the case of an Irregularity which requires a Bid to be disqualified, accept a Bid that contains Irregularities; award any part of any Bid; and accept or reject any unbalanced Bid.
