Reference Number : 1761247 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-09-27 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 Object of the contract : Maintenance, repair and replacement of electric motors and supply of parts The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a contractor who must hold a "Building contractor of all types" license (subcategory 1.3) who will carry out a contract to be executed on request, at an hourly rate for services to ensure the maintenance, repair and replacement of electric motors in the buildings of the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM), without limitation: Maintenance, inspection, inventory updating and training; Thermographic inspection; Replacement of electric motors; Manufacturing, supply and transportation of parts for electric motors and other related equipment (e.g.: fuses, circuit breakers, switches, wires, motors, etc.); Repair and replacement of explosion-proof electric motors by certified personnel; Manufacture, supply and transport of coils, verification of winding and rewinding of electric motors; Machining and adjustment of parts e.g.: shafts, seats, belts, bearings, pulleys, rotors, fixings, seals, etc. ; Calibration, lubrication, insulation, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, oil and flow analysis, running motor efficiency and vibration analysis; Work on site or in the workshop, transport and delivery of parts and equipment; In case of emergency, repair service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The equipment that may be the subject of interventions are, but not limited to: Electric motors from 0.25 to 250HP; Alternating current (AC/AC) electric motors; Motors for air compressors and starting accessories; Bearings, mechanical seals, pulleys, coupling and shafts; Single-phase or three-phase squirrel cage induction motors for ventilation systems; Frequency variator (installation and programming); Electrical control panels (e.g. automatic starter and alternation, etc.). The technical requirements in occupational hygiene deal with the conditions and precautions to be put in place for work in the presence of contaminants, in particular: o Instructions for mobilization, monitoring, cleaning; o Work in the presence of silica; o Work in the presence of lead; o Fungal contamination; o Work in the presence of asbestos: low risk; o Work in the presence of asbestos: moderate risk; o Work in the presence of asbestos: reduced high risk; o Work in the presence of asbestos: high risk; o Work in the presence of radon; o Work in confined spaces. The contractor must comply with all regulations in force when carrying out the work, in particular: the regulations on asbestos, in force since January 1990, contained in article 3.23 of the Safety Code for construction work (S-2.1, r.6); the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA); the Regulation respecting health and safety at work (RSST); general and specific requirements for prevention and health and safety at work (CSSDM).
