Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bear Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of October 17, 2023 the project was awarded to Brad Schoettgen Construction but the awarded amount is not available Alpine County is seeking qualified bidders for the repair of the Perry Walther Community Center in Bear Valley, CA. Please see attached bid document. Project to be completed by December 30th, 2023, with exterior of building to be sealed by November 30th, 2023.
