As of November 21, 2023, project was awarded to Apple Tuck & Associates , awarded amount is $ $43,697.50 Project Description: The City of Shelby is accepting bids on a sidewalk widening project that is located near 605 North Morgan Street in Shelby, North Carolina. The project consist of demolition of existing sidewalk and curb and gutter, and the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk that will be doweled into existing concrete, foam joint sealer, and sidewalk repairs. Project Bonding: There will be no performance or bid bonds required for this project. Project Conditions: o Project will be a unit price bid in accordance with detailed plans and bid forms. Submitters must use the bid form provided. o The Bidders offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. o Contractor must start project within 21 days of Notice to Proceed. The City will require contractors to complete the project within Thirty (30) consecutive days after mobilization.
