Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. 01:General Trades 02:Masonry 03:Structural Steel 04:Metal Studs, Drywall, Ceilings 05:Roofing 06:Glass & Glazing 07:Food Service Equipment 08:Casework 09:Fire Protection 10:Mechanical & Plumbing 11:Electrical & Technology Wage Scale does not apply to this project. Digital and Printed Sets of Bidding Documents may be ordered per the options listed on the Order page (plus Processing/ECO Fee, and Shipping/Delivery and Tax when applicable). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required (before printing) for purchases. If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents which are on file with the Owner and may be examined by prospective bidders at the following locations: Office of the Construction Manager The Skillman Corporation 3834 S. Emerson Avenue, Building A Indianapolis, IN 46203 Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to Carmel Clay Schools. Contractors are advised that the Contract as finally entered into with any successful Bidder may be entered into with either the School Corporation or the Building Corporation or certain portions of the Contract may be entered into by both the School Corporation and the Building Corporation. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
