Bids may be held by the City of Malvern for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days following the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The successful bidder must comply with the requirements of Act 150 of 1965, effective June 9, 1965, subject to any subsequent amendments. This act is the current Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors to execute a construction contract with the City of Malvern.
