SOLICITATION Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for USCG District Nine Gravel Road Easement, United States Coast Guard District Nine REPFAC, Lakewood, Ohio. Requirements include but are not limited to: Excavate and remove excess driveway stone (approximately 2,900 square feet in length), compact subgrade, slope from the center outwards (approximately 4% or 1/2" per foot slope) to create a crowned driving surface, cover compacted subgrade with 1.5" - 2" of #8 aggregate grade and compact once covered. Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the contract; Delivery date is within 30 Days After Notice Of Award. This procurement is estimated not to exceed $4K. This procurement is Total Small Business.. The applicable NAICS is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million. IPP Training and Support Vendor training materials, including a first-time login tutorial, are available on the https://www.ipp.gov/ website. Once you have logged in to the IPP application, you will have access to user guides that provide step-by-step instructions for all IPP capabilities, ranging from creating and submitting an invoice to setting up email notifications. Live webinars are held monthly and provide a great opportunity to learn the basic of the system and to call in and ask the IPP team questions about the IPP application.
