Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of October October 19, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award probably within the next two weeks.** The Town of Tyngsborough is seeking sealed bids for Lower Flint Pond Dam Pedestrian Project. The work under this contract shall consist of: installation of concrete bridge and boardwalk abutments, installation of a stone sitting wall, installation of loam and hydro-seeding, installation of erosion controls and slope stabilization, excavation, removal, and fine grading, furnishing/installing a timber boardwalk & observation deck, installation of landscape areas, installation of asphalt sidewalks, installation of steel W-beam guardrail, and other incidental work as required and shown on the plans to satisfactory complete the work. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Kat Foster at kfoster@tyngsboroughma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
