The services shall include furnishing the specified materials, equipment, expertise, and supervision required to provide a durable and aesthetically pleasing roofing system that follows manufacturers recommendations and meets Florida Building Code. The construction scope of the project: Remove existing shingles, damaged roof decking and sky lights. Replace damaged decking/removed fixture areas as needed with 5/8" CDX sheathing, necessary SYP blocking and bracing to be included. Special attention to provide a clean uniform roof deck that provides a solid nail able surface and eliminates all projections and damage that could telegraph or show through the asphalt shingles. Remove and replace eave metal, gutter, and downspouts, the eave metal shall be .032 aluminum and the gutter and downspouts shall be .040 aluminum. Install asphalt architectural shingles over peel and stick membrane over decking material with SS ring shanked coil roofing nails with length that will penetrate decking at least 3/16". Hip and ridge shingles shall be cut to fit and match the architectural in color and manufacturer's standard. Lace shingles in valleys over .032 aluminum valley flashing and two layers of membrane. The work area shall be secured everyday to prevent secondary damage during weather events and the parking area free from construct ion debris.
