The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to include the design and construction of a bike/ped pathway along RT8 from Mifflin Road to Dover High School. The pathway will be an extension of the Senator Bikeway and make the connection to DHS. The pathway is proposed to be 8' wide. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
