The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the renovations at Norwalk Animal Control Center. Questions Due Date: Sep 28th 2023, 2:00 PM EDT All questions concerning this solicitation must be directed, via e-mail, to Carleen Megaro, Buyer at cmegaro@norwalkct.gov. 1. New Roof, guters and accessories 2. New door, frame and hardware on North side of building 3. New recessed lights fixtures with dimmer 4. Epoxy Paint dog kennels floors 5. Epoxy Paint dog kennels walls 6. Install new kitchen cabinets with sink 7. Install hot and cold faucet front and rear of building 8. Install 11 new garage doors, Reinstall kennel cages or New kennel cages (at contractor's opon) 9. New acousc panels 10. New wall framing and structural supports for garage doors 11. Replace two (2) boilers (Not in Norwalk Animal Control Center Project Manual or Drawings) See Section 2.2 12. Replace Air Handler and condenser with heating coil (Not in Norwalk Animal Control Center Project Manual or Drawings) See Section 2.2 2.2 Install New HVAC System at Norwalk Animal Control - See EXHIBIT B
