Site work and renovation of a civil project in Caldwell, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: - The Base Bid consists of the replacement of the existing Pitt Grill Lift Station with a new duplex lift station, including wet well, piping, submersible pumps, electrical controls, fencing, etc. - Bid Alternative No. 1 consists of the replacement of the existing Caldwell Country Lift Station with a new duplex lift station, including wet well, piping, submersible pumps, electrical controls, fencing, etc. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bid bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to do business in Texas and to issue said bond. The Bid bond must be signed by an authorized representative of the surety and the representative must be licensed by the TDI The successful Bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms which are attached hereto in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price within 15 days after receipt of the Contract Documents. The City of Caldwell reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
