This project is for the completion of five (5) reports. A.1 One (1) report for Phase I Environmental Site Assessment that shall include a preliminary review for potential contaminates: A.1.1 215 12th Street North A.1.1.1.1 Suspected former landfill site; A.1.1.1.2 Future affordable housing site which is currently bare land A.1.1.1.3 Map P3A is provided for reference. A.2 Four (4) reports for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment that shall include a sub- surface soils investigation and quantifying of contaminates: A.2.1 1305 Pacific Avenue & 1411 Pacific Avenue A.2.1.1 Bare land which is currently zoned Downtown Mixed Use. A.2.1.2 Located adjacent to the railway. A.2.1.3 An underground tank present on the site. A.2.2 1204 Van Horne Avenue A.2.2.1 Suspected former landfill site; A.2.2.2 Currently used as a ball diamond with surrounding industrial use. A.2.2.3 Future industrial use. A.2.2.4 Map P6 is provided for reference. A.2.3 911 Douglas Street A.2.3.1 Suspected former landfill site; A.2.3.2 Currently used as a ball diamond with surrounding industrial use. A.2.3.3 Future industrial use. A.2.3.4 Map P6 is provided for reference. A.2.4 Part 704 & 705 Rideau Street A.2.4.1 Suspected former landfill site; A.2.4.2 Currently bare land with a small playground. A.2.4.3 Future commercial or educational and institutional use A.2.4.4 Map P6 is provided for reference A.2.4.5 The Successful Bidder will be provided with prior Phase I & II ERS Reports as required. Administrative inquiries and requests for clarification of the Bid process shall be made to the Procurement Manager in writing at purchasing@brandon.ca and must be received not less than five (5) business days prior to the date for closing of Bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, the City in its sole discretion may reject as non-compliant any Quotation which contains omissions, erasures; is ambiguous or unclear as to meaning or intent; is incomplete, illegible, conditional or contains a qualifier; contains any non-requested alterations or additions to the information provided by the City; is obviously unbalanced; or fails to comply sufficiently with the Instructions to Bidders. The City may, in its sole discretion, waive any and all defects, informalities, and accept any Quotation, as compliant, which it considers is in the best interest of the City of Brandon.
