DESCRIPTION: MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to engage a Project Management Consultant ("PMC") to provide Project Management Consultant ("PMC") services including Construction Administration, Construction Compliance Oversight, and Design Quality Oversight to assist MTA C&D in administering, overseeing, and ensuring completion of the Tower Fender Protection and Tower Painting at the Throgs Neck Bridge ("TNB") on schedule and within budget. The Consultant shall thoroughly review the Design-Build Contract documents and the requirements of this Contract in order to determine the level and type of staffing including specialized technical personnel to fulfill the requirements of the Project. Est $ Range:$10M - $50M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
