This project will be an interior renovation and update to the Murphy Football Center, including the existing Kitchen, Dining Facility and servery areas, and Player Lounge areas. It will update kitchen facilities and provide updated food service equipment for Football Operations.The Murphy Football Center was built in 2003. The existing kitchen, dining room and player lounge are located on the 3rd floor, overlooking the Football Stadium. The University seeks the professional services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to join the team in the schematic design phase to provide services for the project through design, construction and post acceptance.
