Jacksonville, FL 32218 Avenues Walk Park-N-Ride 10508 Avenues Walk Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32258 The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, fuels, transportation, and supervision to complete the work within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Contractor's Bid detail must include the complete cost per parking lot. The Bid shall include, at no additional cost to the Authority, all necessary safety equipment - in addition, all necessary taxes, licenses, permits, and insurance shall also be obtained by the Bidder at no additional cost to the Authority.
