This office shall be staffed by a competent company representative who can be contacted during normal working hours and who is authorized to discuss matters pertaining to the contract. Work required at all City and County Broomfield Facilities, Utilities and Wastewater will follow this scope of work. Below is an outline of the methods, procedures and technical specifications to be used to perform maintenance of all generators. Specifically included are work descriptions associated with demand maintenance, preventative maintenance, and equipment data requirements.
