Construction of Green Trails MUD Water Well No. 1 Rework. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, bonds, insurance, and supervision to perform Water Well No. 1 Rework, for Green Trails Municipal Utility District. The work includes providing bonds and insurance; removing and inspecting pumping equipment; sounding the lap; performing any necessary mechanical and chemical rehabilitation to the well; install new column assembly components and accessories to a pump setting of 600 feet (600'); replacing the pump, column assembly and accessories; replacing or repairing the motor; bacteriological testing; performing water well performance test; disinfecting the water well; performing water sampling and testing after water well rework; and hydro-mulching all areas within the plant site and all other adjacent areas disturbed during this construction.
