Reference Number 0000345701 Delivery Point E 112th St & Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO The Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority is seeking proposals from qualified development teams and/or end-users for the redevelopment of approximately 1.34 acres located at the southwest corner of Irma Drive and East 112th Street. Together with the City of Northglenn, the Authority seeks to revitalize the property in partnership with a Developer or End User. The goal is to demolish existing buildings and develop a plan that provides the highest and best use for the property.
