Renovation of a water / sewer project in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project awarded to Well Brothers Construction in amount of $1,618,039.94. Construction of a 550 GPM regional wastewater pump station initial condition is for two (2) pumps with space for addition of a third pump in the future. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid meeting has not been scheduled for this project. Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO will not host a formal site visit but will not prohibit visitation of the project area by prospective bidders and encourage prospective bidders to review site conditions. Permission to visit the project areas, if needed, will be the responsibility of the bidder Owner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate.
