Barton Malow Builders requests Bid Proposals on behalf of Owner for the construction of Jr Sr High Parking Lot: Re-Bid for Bid Package # BP-03 work. Bid Proposals will be received: By electronic, physical hand, or mail delivery. Electronic bids are to be submitted If a Bidder chooses to submit an electronic bid, it assumes any and all risk related to software, connectivity, or any other issues related to the electronic bidding process. It is further recommended, but not required, that any electronic bids be submitted at least two hours before the deadline for bid submission to confirm that the bid has been timely, accurately, and completely received. Project is not subject to prevailing wage rates. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
