Renovation of a mixed-use development in Yankton, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
MCN Campus, Pool Chemical & Filter System Replacement, Human Services Center, Yankton, South Dakota The Design-Build Request for Proposals, including the performance criteria for this project, as well as general project info, is available at the Office of the State Engineer, Joe Foss Building, 523 East Capitol Ave, Pierre, South Dakota 57501-3182. Proposals will be received for the replacement of the existing pool chemical and filtration system that are obsolete and deteriorating. Be aware any public improvement must be designed by a licensed Architect/Engineer, licensed in South Dakota Each Price Proposal in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration of the State of South Dakota. The BHRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
