The TDSB is soliciting submissions from Landscape Architectural Firms to be prequalified to provide professional services for site improvement projects to be built by the TDSB's in-house construction trades. Services will include but are not limited to the preparation of concept drawings, stamped landscape plans, detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction details. Term of contract will be a (3) three year term with options to extend for three (3) additional twelve month extension options. At the discretion of TDSB there may be a request for an annual refresh. In general terms, PreQualifications received will be evaluated in terms of how well they meet the requirements stated in below. In order to determine the extent to which a PreQualification reflects the requirements, submissions shall be rated using the following criteria as a general guideline.
