Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Estero, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to perform repairs to the MSE wall approaches and replacement of the existing bridge joints on the Estero Parkway Bridge (No. 124128) over I-75. The repair work will require polyurethane grout injection to stabilize loose soils beneath the beginning and end approach slabs and MSE wall foundations as specified in the contract plans. Additional repairs include removing and replacing the bridge expansion joint strip seals, installing flexible joint filler in MSE wall panel gaps, installing a retaining wall drainage system, installing a cure-in-place pipe liner, conducting epoxy crack injection, and repairing various substructure concrete components.
