Scope: furnish and deliver sodium hypochlorite & bisulfite for a one year period per attached requirements and specifications of DPWP. Furnish and Deliver Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Bisulfite as per the requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks for a period of one (1) year from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024. This contract may be renewed for a second and third year at the sole discretion of the City, the option of which will be determined at the end of the current contract year. Bids which are incomplete, not properly endorsed, or signed, or otherwise contrary to these instructions will be rejected as informal by the Purchasing Agent. Conditional bids will not be accepted. All prices are to be firm F.O.B. Destination, City of Worcester, Massachusetts, unless otherwise indicated by the City.Time reserved for award is ninety days.
