Renovation of a residential development in Clinton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development TN022-001 and -002: Replace kitchen cabinets and selected areas of flooring (48 Dwelling Units) and replace suspended ceiling systems in the utility rooms (24 Dwelling Units). Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570 The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
