Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Redevelopment of approximately 18,000 square meters of green space for the expansion of Mount Royal Park. The scope of the project includes renovation of structures located in this area and construction of new park buildings, greening and transformation of Camillien-Houde route into a large pedestrian promenade, providing an independent and protected space for cyclists, transformation of the current belvedere into a park space and highlighting the view, addition of a brand new belvedere at the highest point of the Camillien-Houde route. Furthermore, the project provides for the reconstruction or rehabilitation of water and sewer pipes as well as equipment forming part of the urban technical networks. TIMELINE: The Mayor's Office and the City of Montreal executive committee have approved the general lines of development and expansion of Mount Royal Park. Scope of work, budget and schedule for the development of the construction program are being finalized. Further update in mid-2024. Note. Value of the construction program is not finalized and is an estimate, completion of this program is planned for 2029.
