Site work for a water / sewer project in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes obtaining all required permits, earthwork to build new detention areas, installation of new storm structures and piping including headwalls, outlet structures and rock protection, finished grading, seeding, mulching and other ancillary items required to improve the stormwater system at the Hudson schools softball complex. Bidders shall obtain bidding documents from AA Blueprint to ensure that they receive all addenda and communications. Hudson City School District reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder not registered with AA Blueprint as a plan holder of official Bidding Documents. Requests to visit the sites and any questions shall be directed to Jeremy Ousley, Environmental Design Group, Inc., no later than 12:00 pm on Friday September 29, 2023, in writing by email at jousley@envdesigngroup.com, or by fax to 1.330.365.1590. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a bid guarantee bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the Hudson City School District. Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope marked "2023 Softball Complex Stormwater Improvements". The School District reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
